This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal files nor retrieves records, performs authorized checks, or files papers for a visitor.

The content routes readers to custodians of Monroe County records, including the sheriff, criminal courts, West Virginia State Police Criminal Identification Bureau, and West Virginia Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also display tools run by separate companies.

2. Rules for Using This Site

West Virginia registry data is published for public safety, and the West Virginia State Police warns against threats, intimidation, or harassment of a listed person. Vigilante conduct and misuse are prohibited and may be investigated.
